SUNDAY SINGLE-DAY WALKABOUT TICKETS SOLD OUT

SUNDAY SINGLE-DAY WALKABOUT TICKETS SOLD OUT

Ticket sales for other categories going strong

Since the sales of the remaining early bird tickets expired last Friday, 31 July 2009, ticket sales continue to be healthy with the Sunday single-day Walkabout tickets being the first category to be sold out and limited Saturday single-day Walkabout tickets left.

All remaining 12 categories of tickets are now on regular rates. Sales for the Esplanade Waterfront Grandstand tickets now stand at 80% whilst tickets for the Bay, Padang and Turn 2 Grandstands are also going strong.

“We are heartened by the success of the early bird offer as we wanted as many people as possible to witness the spectacle of the 2009 FORMULA 1 SINGTEL SINGAPORE GRAND PRIX in person. With a little over a month left to the race weekend, fans who have not purchased their tickets still have the time to catch up and enjoy the support races, FORMULA ONE action as well as world-class entertainment acts in one value-for-money ticket,” said Michael Roche, Executive Director, Singapore GP Pte Ltd.

Sorry, no more walkabout tickets for the Singapore F1 Grand Prix 2009
